Membership Procedure
The members of the IPOC NGO are the persons registered after the state registration of the organization. Citizens of the Republic of Armenia, citizens of foreign countries, stateless persons, as well as legal entities, who wish to participate in its activities and adopt the Charter and Regulations of the IPOC NGO, may become members of the IPOC NGO in accordance with the law.
A person may become IPOC NGO member on the basis of his/her application and in the cases prescribed in the Charter of the organization.
After the state registration of the organization, the founders of the organization are considered members of the organization by law. Anyone wishing to become a member of IPOC NGO must submit a written application to the Manager of the organization, together with the relevant documents required for membership. The issue of membership is discussed and resolved by the IPOC NGO Assembly. Persons under the age of eighteen cannot become a member of IPOC NGO. The member may leave the organization at any time by submitting a written application to the IPOC. A member who does not pay the prescribed membership fee may be removed by decision of the Assembly. Members of the Organization are not responsible for the obligations of the Organization and the Organization is not responsible for the obligations of its members.
